I'm Morgan Hardy, a residential real estate broker with RE/MAX Harmonie in Montreal.

Of Franco-Polish origin, I arrived in Quebec in 2012 after working for several years in tourism in the Montpellier region of southern France. Having gone through the entire immigration process, I'm familiar with the challenges faced by newcomers, especially when looking for their first home in Quebec. Whether renting or buying, I'll be able to help you find your new home.)

Before obtaining my broker's licence, I worked for over 10 years as an administrative assistant for several real estate brokers in Montreal. This experience proved valuable for my understanding of the real estate market. I have handled several hundred transaction files, notably in divided and undivided co-ownership, acquiring an in-depth understanding of the sometimes complex processes involved in real estate transactions, as well as the regulations and laws in force. I also train brokers and assistants in best practices to optimize the management of their files.
